In this economy, my mind had been racing with thoughts about how to save money. I still want to be healthy and not sacrifice my wellbeing. Some topics that are worth further investigation are gardening, making laundry soap, scaling back, biking to work, working from home (remote), canning, back yard chickens, cooking at home, cooking from scratch, thrift stores, bartering, and reusing/repurposing.
So, this all sounds like a lot of work, I wonder if this time of "lay offs" can be used to pursue a more relaxed life. Perhaps this is the time to read more books, go for longer walks, play with your dog, take long lunches, and explore what is right at your own door step.
Today I started blogging....something that I would never have had time for if my work schedule had not been cut back by about 2/3rds. I have been making recordings of relaxation exercises. I wonder where this will take me.
